Deposit and Cancellation Agreements

At Corio Central Dental, we pride ourselves on our service to the community. We provide exceptional care and dental treatment to you.

We are a small business who does this by putting in place effective systems and use of our time. A missed appointment means that we are unable to offer our quality service to someone who needs it. For this reason, we have put the following policies in place:

Confirmation of Appointments:

⁃ We send texts and call you to confirm your upcoming appointment. If you are unable to attend, please reply to our messages.
⁃ You are also able to email us at hello@coriocentraldental.com.au to inform us of changes.
⁃ Please confirm your appointment to keep it.
⁃ We reserve the right to offer your appointment time to someone else if you do not confirm.

Deposit for New Patients:

⁃ All new patients will be required to pay a $31 deposit when booking their appointment.
⁃ This will be credited to your account and will go towards your consultation and treatment on the day.
⁃ Failure to attend your appointment will result in loss of the deposit.
⁃ If you don't reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, you may lose your deposit.

Deposit for Dental Treatment:

⁃ Some dental treatments are booked for a longer time. Cancellation of these spots with short notice leaves us with scheduling issues.
⁃ A percentage of the treatment cost will be taken as a deposit prior to booking.
⁃ Your dentist will inform you if the deposit applies to you.
⁃ This will be credited to your account and will go towards your treatment.
⁃ Failure to attend your appointment will result in loss of the deposit.
⁃ If you reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, you may lose your deposit.

Of course, we understand that situations may arise where you are unable to attend your dental appointment and these are taken into account on a case by case basis.
